Keeley Hawes (born in England) is an English actress and producer recognized for her role in the television series Line of Duty. She is also nominated to win BAFTA awards with her performances in the series Bodyguard and Mrs Wilson. Aside from that, she has also earned appreciation for her work for the dramatic series The Durrells, It's a Sin and The Missing. She first gained fame in The BBC television drama Tipping the Velvet. Later she was a part of the thriller Spooks Spooks as well as in the crime fantasy Ashes to Ashes. Hawes made her film debut with the 1998 movie Avengers and was later seen in a variety of films including Death at a Funeral, Misbehaviour and To Olivia. She also played Lara Croft in the Tomb Raider franchise of video games (seven versions). From 2020 to 2021 she was an executive producer on the TV shows Honour and Finding Alice.
